Construction and Material
The 4mm banana plug cable consists of four parts: plug, conductor, insulation, and jacket. The plug uses a brass base with gold plating over 3μm thick, ensuring no oxidation during long term use. The conductor uses stranded oxygen free copper for high flexibility and stable conductivity. The insulation uses PVC or silicone material with excellent wear resistance and temperature tolerance.
Electrical Performance
Rated voltage from 300V to 600V, rated current from 10A to 15A, contact resistance below 10mΩ, insulation resistance above 100MΩ. Each cable undergoes 100% continuity and hi-pot testing before shipment to ensure consistent quality.
Mechanical Performance
