Crane cables is a term used to cover a range of specialist cables powering and controlling cranes, hoists, festoons, conveyors and gantries. Used across heavy industry including mining and marine, they must be robust and capable of handling both torsional and tensile stresses simultaneously. These mobile machines for lifting and handling are often manufactured with a robust rubber outer sheathing to protect against the constant reeling and movement as well as providing protection against oils and greases. Cables with Polyethylene (PUR) and PVC sheathing are also available.

Conductor insulation: Special mixed nitrile PVC
Core structure: In line or plum flower arrangement
Outer jacket: Fiber aramid yarn or PVC

Features
The cables are UV resistant – applications such as tower cranes and port loading gantries are subject to the elements – as well as being resistant to oils and greases.
Tensile and tearing resistance, stable performance, evironmentally friendly.
Good oil resistance, abrasion resistance, cold resistance and weatherability.
In line arrangement: Freedom use length less than 35m,moving speed less than1.6/S.
Plum flower arrangement: Freedom use length less than 80m,moving speed is 4-10m/s.
Application
Suitable for use in indoor and outdoor crane and festooning systems, conveyor systems and energy chains.
Used in rail travelling crane, trolley,conveyors,tower crane and a variety of inspection equipments,installation for self supporting wells and storage rack, suitable for power transmission, control, lighting, communications lines.
